FQHC Clinic in rural South Dakota opportunity for an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to lead the primary healthcare needs of this tight-knit community. Perfect position for the provider that wants to be an integral part of this town and lead the patient care efforts for this clinic. This is a full-time permanent position that does qualify for NHSC Loan Repayment. The clinic is open M-F. Provides a full range of primary healthcare services including:

• physical exams
• chronic disease management
• acute illness management
• DOT and insurance, employment and sports physicals
• well child exams
• children, adolescent, men’s and women’s health services
• immunizations
• telemedicine related to medical or mental health needs
• certified laboratory services
• provider for All Women Count services
• assistance with Marketplace insurance enrollment
• translation
• allergy injections
