Highly rated critical access hospital in eastern Oregon is seeking an innovative, energetic and flexible nurse practitioner who enjoys working with a supportive and caring group of healthcare professionals and desires to be a part of an amazing team! Come join our team 3 nurse practitioners and serve beautiful rural Eastern Oregon.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity that includes a robust benefits package including base salary, quality incentives, RVU production bonuses, student loan assistance, and commencement bonus. Join a team of three Nurse Practitioners providing care to the area.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Very competitive total compensation opportunity (143k+)
  • RVU production bonus opportunity based on annual threshold
  • Quality incentives up to $16k annually
• Commencement bonus of $20,000
• $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time
• Student loan assistance

• Urgent Care Clinic
• Flexible Schedule 10-12 hour shifts
• Average 15-20 patients per day
  • Scribe provided for providers that average 15+ patients per day
• X-ray on site
• 6 exam rooms
• Fulltime, permanent position
• Epic EMR
