Urology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate – Eastern Oregon

Highly rated critical access hospital in eastern Oregon is seeking an innovative, energetic, and flexible Urology nurse practitioner or physician associate who enjoys working with a supportive and caring group of healthcare professionals and desires to be a part of an amazing team! This is a permanent, full-time opportunity that includes a robust benefits package including base salary, quality incentives, RVU production bonuses, student loan assistance, and commencement bonus.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Very competitive total compensation opportunity (141k+) which includes:
  • Quality incentives up to $20k
  • RVU bonus based on annual threshold
• Commencement bonus of $20,000
• $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time
• Hospital employed
• Full benefits including a 401k match
• Paid malpractice

Opportunity details:

• Outpatient Urology Clinic open Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5:00 pm
• Provider schedule — Four 10-hour days per week
• Fulltime, permanent
• No after hour call requirements
• Average 15-17 patients per day
  • For providers averaging 15+ patients per day who intend to continue to increase their capacity, a tele-scribe can be provided
• Epic EHR, Growing and expanding financially stable hospital
• Well-established referral base throughout Northeast Oregon
• Clinic consists of 3 exam rooms, 1 procedure room
• 2 point-of-care BK ultrasound machines, Olympus cystoscopy equipment, Laborie urodynamics equipment
• Minimum of 1:1 clinical support staff
