Dermatology Nurse Practitioner Opening in Eastern Oregon – 225k+ Potential

Highly Rated Critical Access Hospital Dermatology Team is seeking an innovative, compassionate, and flexible provider, who enjoys working with a supportive and caring group of healthcare professionals and desires a work-life balance with schedule flexibility!

Compensation and Benefits:

Very competitive total compensation opportunity (225k+) which includes:

• Quality incentives up to $55,000
• RVU bonus based on annual threshold
• Commencement bonus of $40,000
• $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time
• Hospital employed
• Full benefits including a 401k match
• Paid malpractice

Professional Details:

• Outpatient Clinic open Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm
• Provider schedule — Four 10-hour days per week
• No after hour call requirements
• Average 15-17 patients per day

For providers averaging 15+ patients per day who intend to continue to increase their capacity, a tele-scribe can be provided.

• Well-established referral base throughout Northeast Oregon
• Clinic consists of 5 exam rooms, 1 procedure room
• Minimum of 1:1 clinical support staff
• Latest laser/IPL multi-platform system
• Epic EHR, Growing and expanding financially stable hospital
• Fulltime, permanent
